Providing feedback is one of your key tasks as a leader. Your employees
expect personal feedback from you about their work to help them better align their goals and tasks and to be more successful professionally.

Feedback moves one’s self-perception and interpersonal perception closer together. It provides orientation and security, acts as guidance, and promotes mutual understanding. Precise, carefully pronounced and instructive feedback is a “pearl of everyday life” and a special moment of connection.
